Industrial Electrician - Manufacturing
We have an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced Electrician based in Blenheim to work onsite at one of our customers manufacturing site’s building world-class freeze dryers.
This is a permanent position on offer with the expectation of long-term commitment. Applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence. On offer is a competitive remuneration package that is negotiable dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities

Perform machine’s wiring accordingly to wiring diagrams provided
-
Perform proper wiring labelling.

Perform wiring’s QC check upon completion of works
-
Assist on trouble shooting wiring issue and IO wiring checking

Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and promote New Zealand Electrical Solutions

Carry out work to the highest standard and to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Provide support and training to New Zealand Electrical Solutions Apprentices.
About You
If you are registered and have the following minimum requirements, we would like to hear from you.

Electrical Registration
-
Current Practicing Licence.
-
Full NZ driver’s licence.
-
Knowledge and experience in OEM machine wiring would be advantageous
-
Wiring experience in automation machine would be advantageous
-
Proven ability to work to deadlines.

Strong organisation skills with a focus on meeting objectives.
-
Excellent communication skills and a desire to work as part of a team.
-
A positive attitude with a commitment to training and personal development.
-
A willingness to work overtime where required.
